Atomic Learning has immediate openings and is accepting applications for the positions of Accounts Receivable and Inside Sales Manager - High Ed.

The Accounts Receivable Representative is responsible for reviewing all sales orders for accuracy and converting all orders to customer invoices, recording all payments on customer accounts and deposits to appropriate bank accounts, as well as monthly reconciliation of sales registers and cash receipts registers. Other responsibilities include generating customer statements, collection of past due accounts, generating sales tax reports and posting earned revenue.

Atomic Learning has an immediate opening and is accepting applications for the position of Customer Technical Service Representative. Qualified candidates must have the ability to:

Create new accounts and update existing accounts on the Atomic Learning website.
Record technical details and all customer communication via Salesforce.com.
Review service requests submitted via Atomic Learning website and assign to appropriate Atomic Learning contact for resolution.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues experienced by customers and communicate solutions to Account Managers, Territory Representatives, and/or directly to customers.
Have an understanding of Atomic Learning products, capabilities and technical requirements to effectively support customers, Account Managers, and Territory Representatives.
Work as a team with Account Managers, Territory Representatives, and others at Atomic Learning to resolve technical issues experienced by customers.
